 Andrews is determined to make history.  Victoria's Bracks /Brumby Labor government was determined, but not wise. Where will Baillieu get the wisdom he needs to make a difference?
  Libs need more than the tried and failed idea of theirs " that business is government'. 
If they had the wisdom and will the Conservatives  would have avoided much of their consultant driven dopey stuff of the last few decades.
The people are depressed because L&R leaders are afraid to take the hard medicine.   Don't give the prisoners some bread-  kick them out.
