Firing home the blame for Australias biggest disaster

On the boundaries of branch and bark management.....its confusion reigns

The biggest disaster in Australia's history ! How long before Brumby realises who in his collection of duckshovers is at least partly irresponsible here . He should look closely at :-
the unresolved , unseen tensions between CFA and DSE at practical levels and practical advice procedures ;
- the fashion consciuos elements of DSE; Those elements of irresponsibility in private land advice , like CMAs's, who have presided over the cash, but have not really counted the cost; Presided over decades of failure to be reasonable in the field and kept going a determined , but totally irresponsible, effort by DSE to get Shires to do their dirty work.- creating the biggest bureaucratic bungling over branch and bark management that the world has ever seen?
